The service

Rentarina provides leasing, rent-collection, maintenance, messaging, and related tools for landlords and their tenants.

Payments

Rent is collected via Stripe Connect: funds settle directly to the landlord's connected account and Rentarinanever custodies tenant funds. A platform fee may apply per the landlord's plan and fee policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service or use it unlawfully.
