Property software is built for 400-unit towers — leasing offices, call centers, a module for everything and a training call before you can send an invoice. Salon suites, studios, and booth rentals don't work that way. One owner, a few buildings, tenants who are themselves running small businesses.
So we built the tool we wanted when we were the ones chasing rent: one screen, plain answers, nothing to configure. Rentarina is a product by Elemta, made in Detroit, where our first buildings were.

How we got here.
2024Our first buildings. Salon suites in metro Detroit, rent chased over text, leases in a drawer, books in a spreadsheet named FINAL-v7.
2025The internal tool becomes the whole operation. Other landlords in the building ask for logins. We stop apologizing for the spreadsheet.
2026Rentarina launches as a product by Elemta. One screen, plain answers, nothing to configure — the tool we wanted when we were the ones chasing rent.
