Transaction fees

Tenants pay $5 per rent payment. You pay nothing per transaction.

A flat $5 instead of the ~3% card fee most platforms charge them — on monthly rent, that's about 75% less. Fewer, larger payments cost your tenants less, so monthly cadence is the cheapest way for everyone.

What happens if I go over my unit limit?
We'll tell you before it becomes a problem and move you to the next tier. Nothing stops working, and nothing gets charged without you knowing.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, in settings. Upgrades are prorated to the day.
What's the annual commitment?
Annual plans run 12 months and can be paid upfront or in monthly installments — the price is the same either way. If you cancel early, you keep access through the end of the term; annual plans aren't prorated or refunded.
Do my tenants pay anything?
A flat $5 per rent payment. That's it — no percentage, no card fee if they pay by bank.
Do you hold my rent?
Never. Payments go from your tenant's bank directly to your account.
