Transaction fees

Tenants pay $5 per rent payment. You pay nothing per transaction.

A flat $5 instead of the ~3% card fee most platforms charge them — on monthly rent, that's about 75% less. Fewer, larger payments cost your tenants less, so monthly cadence is the cheapest way for everyone.

What happens if I go over my unit limit?
We'll tell you before it becomes a problem and move you to the next tier. Nothing stops working, and nothing gets charged without you knowing.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, in settings. Upgrades are prorated to the day.
What's the annual commitment?
Annual plans run 12 months and are charged once, upfront — the price shown is the monthly equivalent. If you cancel early, you keep access through the end of the term; annual plans aren't prorated or refunded.
Do my tenants pay anything?
A flat $5 per rent payment. That's it — no percentage, no card fee if they pay by bank.
Do you hold my rent?
Never. Payments go from your tenant's bank directly to your account.
