PLACEHOLDER — NOT A PUBLISHED POLICY. This document exists so the acceptance flow can be exercised end to end before counsel delivers. It has not been drafted or reviewed by an attorney and must be replaced by a real version 1.0 before Rentarina takes a paying customer or a renter's personal information. See `docs/ONBOARDING_SPEC.md` §3 and §8.

information those renters enter themselves through the tenant portal.
To provide the service, to collect and reconcile rent, to notify you and your tenants about things that happen in your account, to support you when you ask, and to keep the platform secure.
Service providers who help us run Rentarina, and nobody else except where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information. Our subprocessors currently include Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), Dropbox Sign (e-signature), and Anthropic (AI features). PLACEHOLDER — a maintained subprocessor list is to be published alongside the DPA.
For your own account information we are the controller. For the tenant information you put into Rentarina, you are the controller and we are the processor, acting on your instructions.
We keep information for as long as your account is active and for as long afterwards as we need it to meet legal and accounting obligations.
You can access, correct, or export the information in your workspace at any time, and ask us to delete an account. Renters should direct requests about their own information to their landlord in the first instance, since the landlord is the controller.
