Before you switch.

Will my tenants have to do anything?
They get an invite email, sign in, and add how they'll pay. Nothing to download. Until they're set up, you can keep recording their checks and cash, at no fee to them.
Can I keep my own lease?
Yes. Rentarina uses your lease, not a template of ours. Upload it once, place the signature fields, and each tenant gets their own copy to sign.
What if I switch in the middle of the month?
Enter what each tenant owes today. Rent picks up from their next due date, so nobody is charged twice.
What about tenants who pay by check?
Record checks and cash in seconds. There's no fee for your tenant, and they still get a receipt.
Will the import overwrite anything?
Importing never deletes a record. Run it again any time: tenants already in Rentarina are matched and updated, never duplicated.
