Late fees by the lease, not by hand.

Tenants get a due-soon, a due-today, and a past-due notice. Tenants who turn on autopay are charged once for each month. Late fees follow each lease's grace period and terms: one per period, never compounded.

Maintenance

Every request leaves a trail.

Tenants attach up to 6 photos. You assign a vendor from your own directory, set the visit date, and resolve it with private notes. The tenant is told at every status change.
